Espire is a boutique Melbourne builder specialising in high-end residential and mixed-use developments. In a crowded market, the brief was simple: stand out. We designed a visual identity built on a bold logotype and a single vivid blue, conveying confidence and construction know-how.
The heavy weight mark is balanced by generous white space and a restrained layout, reflecting a builder that understands design and the value of detailed finishes. Applied across site cranes, hoardings, and car livery, the identity holds its presence at every scale.
