A strategic leasing campaign for one of Melbourne’s most prestigious commercial tenancies, GPO Level 3.
Emerging from a long-term lease and subsequent defit, the sprawling top-floor space was handed over as a warmish shell. Our challenge was to reveal glimpses of potential at key points throughout the tenancy. Utilising the leasing team’s existing AR marketing materials, we created a mix of physical and augmented reality content that allowed prospective tenants to see how a fitted-out space could look.
